Rory Pedersen is a queer and trans art student at CSU who works a variety of different mediums such as painting, animation, and game design. His work is based on creating intimate spaces and referencing the natural world and is broadly representational. He grew up in Austin, Texas and started making art from a young age. They started their academic career as a zoology major then decided to make the switch to art in 2022 and has never looked back since and their work is still deeply inspired by their love of nature. Outside of making art, Rory enjoys playing video games and reading and often finds themselves inspired by these as well.
